Eric Clapton has announced that he will play four upcoming North American concert dates in 2017. He will play Madison Square Garden in New York City on March 19 and 20 and will then make his way to The Forum in Los Angeles for a pair of shows on March 25 and 26. Clapton will be joined by special guests Gary Clark Jr. and Jimmie Vaughan for the set of four concerts. Ticket sales will open up to the general public starting December 3. Meanwhile, customers of Chase will be able to take advantage of a special pre-sale, which will begin on December 1. Clapton has shown an increased reluctance to hit the road since he turned 70-years-old in 2015. He stated in a press release, “I know I’ve been threatening retirement for the last 50 years, but I didn’t think I’d ever really want to stop.” Copyright(c) 2016 RTTNews.com.
