Sting has signed on to appear as one of the presenters at the upcoming Golden Globes. The 74th edition of the show will be hosted by Jimmy Fallon and will air Sunday, January 8, 2017 live on NBC from 5-8 p.m. PT / 8-11 p.m. ET and will be held this year at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills. The event kicks off 2017 for Sting and follows what was busy year in 2016. He was the recent recipient of the American Music Award of Merit, which recognized the artist’s career. Prior to accepting the award, Sting performed a medley of songs spanning his catalog. The songs ranged from classic hits from his days as the frontman of the Police to newly recorded material.
