A full instrumental track composed by Eddie Van Halen has recently surfaced online. The track was written for the soundtrack of the film The Wild Life dating back to 1984 and the band has never before revealed any of their contributions to the film publicly. The track, titled “Strike,” is an extended instrumental and reportedly was one of the first tracks ever recorded with Eddie’s now legendary head-less Steinberger guitar. “Strike” surfaced on the Van Halen News Desk website. The site has also posted some other Van Halen pieces that were composed for the film’s score. The original soundtrack for the film only featured one Van Halen track, an instrumental titled “Donut City.” Copyright(c) 2017 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
