John Fogerty has joined Brad Paisley in his new video for the track “Love and War.” It’s the lead single and title track from the country star’s new record, which dropped on April 21. “They call ’em decorated heroes / And pin some medals on their chest / Give ’em a tiny little pension / Could we do much less?” Paisley and Fogerty sing. “And they say all is fair in love and war / But that ain’t true, it’s wrong,” Fogerty and Paisley sing in the chorus of “Love and War.” They also address the veteran’s experiences with lines like, “They ship you out to die for us / Forget about you when you’re done.” Paisley also captioned the video with a message about his duet partner, noting: “One of the more important things I’ve ever said and I’m so honored to say it with John Fogerty.” Copyright(c) 2017 RTTNews.com.
