A series of David Bowie 7″ reissues are set for release in June. Several of his later singles including “Low,” “Be My Wife” and “I’m Afraid of Americans” will all be released in the form of picture discs with limited edition art. Photos on the actual discs will include those taken by Mexican photographer Fernando Aceves in 1997 when Bowie took his Earthling tour. The initial wave of release are due out on June 16 and will mark the 40th anniversary of their original releases. In addition to the re-release album recordings, Bowie will also issue a double A-side include a live version of the track “Art Decade.” That track was recorded in Perth, Australia in 1978 during the ISOLAR II tour.
