Alice Cooper has revealed that his new album, Paranormal, will be released on July 28. The new studio effort, his first with earMUSIC, was produced by Bob Ezrin. The new album will feature 12 songs and will also boast an impressive list of guest collaborators. Paranormal will feature appearances by ZZ Top’s Billy Gibbons Deep Purple’s Roger Glover, and U2’s Larry Mullen Jr. Speaking of the idea to enlist collaborators, Cooper said: “I said, ‘that’s a great idea, it’ll change things up so much, just on the basic tracks.'” Specifically of Mullen he added: “He said, ‘I play to the lyrics, I don’t play to the bass,'” Cooper explained. “And I said that is so cool, just the idea that you’re interpreting the lyrics on the drums. It totally makes the album another album.” Copyright(c) 2017 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
