Peter Frampton hit the stage for a special guest slot with Steve Miller during the recent Mountain Jam festival. The pair used the appearance to celebrate their nearly 50 years of friendship together and took on Miller’s “Stranger Blues” and “Who’s Been Talkin’.” The pair, who have been long-time friends and collaborators, drew huge applause from the festival crowd. Frampton also won praise for his tribute to the recently passed Chris Cornell in the form of a “Black Hole Sun” cover: “We’ve been doing this song for a few years now, because I like it a lot,” he told the crowd. “The singer that wrote this song was a friend of mine and we lost him recently, Mr. Chris Cornell. I dedicate this to him and his family.” Copyright(c) 2017 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
