Former AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd has revealed plans to release a new single in September. The single, “Sun Goes Down,” will be released on September 29. The song was reportedly written about a period in Rudd’s life when he found himself alone and starting his life again in a new country. Rudd recently re-signed a drum sponsorship deal with German drum makers Sonor and has also signed a new distribution deal with German company SPV. His band will be touring Europe from September 14 to November 6. Rudd played with AC/DC from 1975 until 1983, and then again from 1994 through 2014. He first appeared on the band’s second album, 1975’s T.N.T. Rudd departed the band after the release of his debut solo album Head Job. Copyright(c) 2017 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
