Keith Richards is selling his lush New York City penthouse apartment. The 5th avenue residency is currently listed for $12 million and returns to the market after initially being listed by Richards and his wife Patti Hansen last year. The Greenwich Village spread boasts four-bedrooms and four-bathrooms and is located at 1 Fifth Avenue. The pair initially listed the home but pulled it from the market last September after they found little interest and stagnation in the high-end housing market in New York.
