Steve Miller joined Billy Joel on stage at Madison Square Garden during the most recent installment of his residency. Following Joel’s standard format, which offers a couple options to the audience to see which song they would like to hear, Miller ended up playing his No. 1 1973 hit “The Joker.” It was by far the crowd’s preference over Miller’s 1967 single, “Living in the U.S.A.” Prior to Miller, Joel has been joined by John Mellencamp, Rascals members Felix Cavaliere and Gene Cornish, Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose, Pink, Paul Simon, and Miley Cyrus. Joel announced his residency at the New York arena in December 2013. Since then he has played one show a month at the venue. At the time, he said he’d continue to do so “as long as there is demand.” Copyright(c) 2017 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
