Alice Cooper has released a new video for “The Sound of A,” the closing track from his latest LP, Paranormal. The new clip features close up shots of various people, including Cooper himself, decked out in his trademark black goth makeup. Cooper originally wrote the song back in 1967, but forgot about it until original Alice Cooper Band bassist Dennis Dunaway suggested the track for the Paranormal sessions. The single edition of “The Sound of A,” out February 23, will be issued on CD and 10-inch white vinyl, including four previously unreleased live recordings from a May 6 concert in Columbus, Ohio. Pink Floyd collaborator Bob Ezrin produced Paranormal, which includes guest spots from ZZ Top’s Billy Gibbons, U2’s Larry Mullen Jr., and Deep Purple’s Roger Glover. Copyright(c) 2017 RTTNews.com.
