Peter Criss joined former KISS bandmate Gene Simmons at his recent Vault events in New York City. As Simmons led the audience a rendition of The Beatles’ “A Day in The Life,” Criss arrived and embraced him to a round of applause. They then spent a few seconds in private conversation. Simmons told the crowd: “He just told me to f**k off!” “I had to come and say ‘hi’ to my bass player from my old band, Kiss. No, really, Gene sent me a wonderful invitation I couldn’t resist, and we haven’t seen each other since the [Rock & Roll] Hall of Fame.” Criss said. “I do have a big place in my heart for Gene,” he continued. “I always will.” Criss thanked the audience for attending, noting of Simmons: “He loves to be loved.” Copyright(c) 2018 RTTNews.com.
