Drummer Kenney Jones will release his new autobiography, titled Let the Good Times Roll: My Life In the Small Faces, the Faces and The Who, on May 31. It will be released via Blink Publishing. Jones began his more than half-a century long music career by co-founding the Small Faces in 1965. The band was renamed the Faces in 1969 after the addition of Rod Stewart and Ronnie Wood. Jones became a member of the Who in 1978, serving as the replacement for original drummer Keith Moon following his death. A press release says in the autobiography, “Kenney tells the full story of how a young cockney Herbert played his part in the biggest social transformation in living memory – the people, the parties, the friendships, the fall-outs, the laughter, the sadness, the sex, drugs, and a lot of rock ‘n’ roll, while also opening up about his own deeply personal battles and passions, too.” Copyright(c) 2018 RTTNews.com.
