A number of celebrities played Bob Dylan songs in honor of the artist’s 77th birthday late last week. An all-star lineup of actors, comedians and musicians re-enacted Dylan’s 1963 solo concert at New York’s Town Hall. “Tomorrow is a Long Time: Songs From Bob Dylan’s 1963 Town Hall Concert” was held at the same venue last Thursday. Milk Carton Kids, Emily Haines, Teddy Thompson, Bill Murray and Steve Buscemi were among the stars who covered his songs. They followed the original concert’s set list, played 55 years ago. Buscemi performed ‘Talkin’ John Birch Paranoid Blues’, while Bill Murray gave his own rendition of ‘Don’t Think Twice It’s All Right’.
