Tommy Lee has relisted his Calabasas home, putting the house on the market for over $4.6 million. According to property records, he purchased the home in 2007 for $5.85 million. The Motely Crue drummer had put his house on the market for about $6 million back in April 2016. However, he took it off the market in February 2018 after dropping the asking price gradually to $4,650,000. The 10,000 square foot three-storey house, built in 1987, is located in a gated community of Calabasas, just north of Los Angeles. The three-story, six-bedroom, eight-bathroom home has a recording studio, movie theater, an indoor spa, an atrium with indoor waterfalls and a retractable glass roof. Water appears to be a theme, as the home also has a koi pond, stone salt water spa and a salt water piano-shaped pool. Lee has listed the house at Surterre Properties, who describe the property at La Masina Court as a “one-of-a-kind architectural showplace” that “sits atop a unique cul-de-sac estate offering unparalleled views of both rolling hills to city lights.” Copyright(c) 2018 RTTNews.com.
