Keith Richards has placed his impressive New York City penthouse apartment on the market for $9.995 million. The price is down slightly from its original asking price. The Rolling Stones guitarist and his wife, Patti Hansen purchased the Greenwich Village apartment at 1 Fifth Avenue in 2014 for $10.5 million. They have been trying to locate a buyer for their penthouse for two years. The couple first listed it for $12.23 million in March 2016. It languished on the market, before disappearing and then popping back up in October 2017, at a discounted price of $12 million.
