Neil Young performed “One More Sign” for the first time ever during his performance at the Auditorium Theatre in Chicago. A demo of “One More Sign” was included in a Buffalo Springfield box set in 2001 and later appeared in 2009’s Neil Young Archives Vol. 1 1963 – 1972. Young played “One More Sign” on piano in Chicago and was the only tour debut of the night. According to Jambase, a few songs later, Young also performed the original arrangement of “Birds” from his Buffalo Springfield days. The first of two concerts in Chicago also included the tour debuts of “After The Gold Rush,” “One Of These Days” and “Man Of War.” Both “One Of These Days” and “Man Of War” date back to Young’s 1992 album Harvest Moon.
