The Foo Fighters hosted a surprise guest during their Concrete and Gold tour stop in Chicago on Sunday. Cheap Trick guitarist Rick Nielsen joined the band onstage for a rendition of “Ain’t That a Shame” at a packed Wrigley Field. The band has been playing their famous cover of Fats Domino for decades. Frontman Dave Grohl played the drums while drummer Taylor Hawkins moved to lead vocals. The 160-minute concert was the first of a two-night stand in the city. The Foo Fighters are in Chicago as part of their North America tour in support of the 2017 album Concrete and Gold. Grohl and his bandmates also performed “Times Like These,” “Best of You,” “Walk,” “Big Me,” “Under Pressure,” “Dirty Water” and “The Pretender” during the night. Copyright(c) 2018 RTTNews.com.
