Steve Perry has released a video of the third track from his comeback album Traces. “We’re Still Here” follows “No Erasin'” and “No More Cryin’.” Traces is the former Journey frontman’s first LP in 24 years, which will be released on October 5 via Concord Records. Perry said the inspiration for the song was an “experience of walking the streets of Hollywood and feeling a sense of connection and solidarity with a whole new generation running wild on the same streets that he once had.” “This is one of my most favorite songs on ‘Traces’ because it speaks of the inclusiveness of us being together in the same place at the same time, and to not take lightly the fact that ‘we’re still here.’,” he told Scott Shannon.
