The Jimi Hendrix Experience recently revealed the dates for the upcoming “Experience Hendrix” tour in 2019. What began as a tribute show at The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame in 2000 has since transformed into a full-blown 30-date tour. Featuring artists like Taj Mahal, David Hidalgo and Cesar Rosas, among others, the tour is scheduled to kick off on March 3 at Florida and will continue through late April, with each show being 3 hours long. “An Innovator, and legendary musician, I am beyond honoured to do my part in this tribute to the immortal Jimi Hendrix and want to thank tour producer John McDermott for inviting me to play along such mind-blowing guitarists as Joe Satriani, and a personal favourite of mine, Eric Johnson.
