Rock icon Peter Frampton has announced that his next tour will be his farewell trek. Frampton announced dates for a four-month long North American trek called “Peter Frampton Finale — The Farewell Tour.” The tour will kick off at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tulsa on June 18 and wrap up at San Francisco’s Concord Pavilion on October 12. Tickets for the shows will go on sale to the general public on March 1 at 10 am local time, though some venues will have tickets available beginning March 8 or March 22. Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Evening will open most of the dates, while Frampton’s son Julian will be on hand for the last eight nights. “Additional surprise guests” will appear throughout the tour.
