Ozzy Osbourne is “doing much better” now, according to his son. The former Black Sabbath frontman was admitted to the hospital earlier this week due to complications from the flu. Ozzy’s son, Jack Osbourne, posted an update on Instagram, saying, “Fresh cut. New glasses. Sunny day. All is well. Now I’m off to see dad. He’s doing much better. Thanks for all your messages.” Earlier this week, Sharon Osbourne tweeted that Ozzy was hospitalized due to flu complications. “As some of you may have heard, Ozzy was admitted to hospital following some complications from the flu. His doctors feel this is the best way to get him on a quicker road to recovery. Thanks to everyone for their concern and love,” Sharon tweeted. Last month, Ozzy was forced to postpone the entire U.K. and European leg of his “No More Tours 2” tour due to illness. Ozzy was advised by his doctors not to go on tour after he was diagnosed with a severe upper-respiratory infection, which “the doctor feels could develop into pneumonia given the physicality of the live performances and an extensive travel schedule throughout Europe in harsh winter conditions.” Copyright(c) 2019 RTTNews.com.
