Beatles legend Ringo Starr is reportedly back in the studio recording a new album. “He has been working on a new record for a few months,” a representative for Ringo said in an email to Billboard. However, no official release date has been announced yet. On March 14, Starr’s recording engineer Bruce Sugar had posted a picture of himself, Ringo and All-Starr Band guitarist Steve Lukather on Facebook with the caption, “Another great day in the Studio…” Ringo tweeted the same day, “In the studio again with the great Steve Lukather what a guy. Peace and Love.” Ringo’s most recent album, Give More Love, peaked at No. 128 on the Billboard 200 in October 2017. Ringo and his All-Starr Band will be touring this year, starting March 21 in Funner, California, followed by nine shows in April in Japan. They will return for a North American tour on August 1.
