A house in Connecticut that was once owned by former KISS drummer Peter Criss is on sale for $1.875 million. According to the L.A. Times, the Normandy-style home sits on a four acre estate. The 3,735 square feet house is made of a combination of brick, stone and wood and has four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including a master suite with a fireplace, sitting area and balcony. Across the grounds, there is a 650-square-foot cottage with a kitchen and lofted bed space. The house was purchased by Criss and his first wife Lydia Criss in 1977 and called “Country Comfort.” Criss moved out of the house shortly after meeting his second wife Debra Jensen. Tuck Keating of Douglas Elliman holds the listing. Criss was a founding member of KISS and performed with the group for a total of 12 years in three different stints. He retired from live performances altogether after a brief solo farewell tour in 2017. Criss’ former bandmates Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley recently kicked off KISS’ End of the Road farewell tour.
