Martin Scorsese’s documentary about Bob Dylan’s 1975 Rolling Thunder Revue will premiere on Netflix on June 12. On June 11, Netflix will conduct “road show” screenings in 20 cities: London, Paris, Washington, D.C., Nashville, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Boston, Austin, Dallas, Houston, Portland, Tulsa, Tempe, Chicago, Cleveland, Minneapolis, Bologna, Sydney, Los Angeles and New York. Rolling Thunder Revue: A Bob Dylan Story by Martin Scorsese “captures the troubled spirit of America in 1975 and the joyous music that Dylan performed during the fall of that year,” Netflix said in a previously issued logline. It is “part documentary, part concert film, and part fever dream,” according to Netflix. Additionally, a 14-disc set that includes 148 tracks and all five of Dylan’s performances professionally recorded during the 1975 tour will be released on June 7. The box set is titled Bob Dylan – Rolling Thunder Revue: The 1975 Live Recordings. Copyright(c) 2019 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
