Rock & Roll Hall of Famers Deep Purple have announced plans to embark on a trek across the U.S. on their ongoing “The Long Goodbye” tour. The 33-date trek begins on September 3 at Fox Performing Arts Center in Riverside, California and will conclude on October 19 at The Armory in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It will be the band’s first American tour since their co-headlining summer run with Judas Priest last year. The band began “The Long Goodbye” tour in May 2017, but this new leg will be their first trip to the U.S. as sole headliners. VIP packages for the tour will go on pre-sale starting Tuesday, May 7 at 10 am local time. The general public on sale begins this Friday, May 10 at 10 am local time.
