Mick Jagger Back On The Job!
By jsmith on June 24, 2019
Mick Jagger back on tour following heart surgery. After successfully undergoing heart surgery in April, the Rolling Stones frontman has returned to the stage and the band is back on tour. “Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow!” Jagger, 75, wrote on Instagram Thursday along with a photo of himself posing on stage. The Stones will play at Chicago’s Soldier Field on Friday and again on Tuesday. Mick is without a doubt the hardest working rockstar in history after having had a heart valve procedure where doctors put in a stent to support at least one of his arteries, causing the rock group to put its North American tour on pause. Following his procedure, the rock star’s rep told us, “He is doing very well and is expected to make a full recovery.” Since then, Jagger seems to be healthy and back on his feet, busting out his famous moves, attending his girlfriend’s ballet debut set to his band’s music, and rehearsing for his return. Jagger’s rep did not immediately return a request for comment.
