A former drummer for Guns N’ Roses has been hospitalized.

Steven Adler reportedly suffered non-life threatening injuries.

According to Page Six he is being hospitalized following a possible suicide attempt.

The L.A. Police Department told Page Six that officers responded to Adler’s home “on a call of a possible suicide attempt.”

The police determined that it was not a crime scene. Police deemed that the scene was “a medical emergency only.”

There is less certainty on the nature and severity of Adler’s injuries.

His injuries, TMZ claims, are consistent with a knife accident. TMZ says that his knife wound is a “very minor, superficial wound.”

It was one of Adler’s representatives that told TMZ that the wound is minor and superficial.

Earlier, TMZ reported that Adler’s injury was a self-inflicted stab wound to the stomach.

Well-wishers have been offering comments to Adler through his Instagram page.

Fans have been offering support onto Adler’s post about an upcoming gig in Las Vegas on July 12.

The venue has not canceled the show. Thus, tickets are still available for the event.

Guns N’ Roses had fired Adler in May 1990 for a drug habit, according to Rolling Stone.
