Ziggy Stardust in the Barbie Dreamhouse?
That’s the word from Mattel, as they get ready to release a limited edition Barbie doll capturing David Bowie’s alter ego, Ziggy Stardust. Barbie will be clad in a metallic red and blue spacesuit, complete with platform boots, signature red hair, and of COURSE, the “astral sphere” on the forehead.
At $50.00 it’s a bit more pricey than your average doll, but I’m thinking there will be plenty of people wanting their own Ziggy Stardust to drive around with Ken and Barbie.
