What would you anticipate that Peter Frampton would play as his final song on his finale tour?

The singer picked a song that he has been playing throughout his career.

He played The Beatles’ “While My Guitar Gently Weeps.”

This song was a Frampton cover more recently in 2003 and 2009.

Frampton concluded his “FINALE: The Farewell Tour” on Saturday in Concord, California.

UCR reports that this cover was not his only one of the night.

He also performed a rendition of “Black Hole Sun” by Soundgarden and Ray Charles’ “I Don’t Need No Doctor.”
