The home of late rocker Tom Petty is up for sale.
The Encino, California mansion is on the market for $5 million, the L.A. Daily News reports.

The mansion offers six bedrooms and eight full bathrooms, with two half baths, in its 11,500 square foot space. No one needs to share a bathroom in this house.
The main floor is home to a formal dining room and an expansive master suite complete with fireplace.
Located in the San Fernando Valley’s Encino neighborhood, home has outdoor living space with a pool.
Like the home of many artists, the home features a vocal booth.
The home at one time had a recording studio, but it was severely damaged in a 1987 fire.
The mansion is back on the market after it was sold a few months ago to studio exectuvie
