Axl Rose tumbles off the stage during concert

Mom always said, “Don’t walk backwards!”

Axl Rose did not listen this time.

Rose was performing at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Vegas Friday night.

During one of the band’s iconic hits, Rose did a little backward dance.

He kept dancing right off the stage.
