Baby Yoda has a name… We just don’t know it yet

Baby Yoda has taken the internet by storm since his introduction to Disney’s The Mandalorian. People love the little guy. And it’s hard not to! He’s actually pretty cute.

However, his name isn’t Baby Yoda, Taika Waititi, the voice of IG-11, told New York Times reporter Kyle Buchannan.  But, Waititi isn’t talking. His lips are sealed.

“He’s not named Baby Yoda!” Taika told the NYT.  “I’ll wait for Favreau to give that away.”

Do you have any guesses about what Baby Yoda’s true name is? Can we just call him Baby Yoda forever if it seems appropriate?
