Aerosmith drummer Joey Kramer is seen being refused entry to Aerosmith’s rehearsal studio

By Jon Smith:

This was all caught on camera and can be seen in a video by TMZ.

The clip shows Kramer, who is Aerosmith’s original drummer, showing up to rehearse for an upcoming performance at the 2020 Grammy Awards.   BUT! he was told by two security guards that they had been ordered not to let him in.  These guys had apparently been hired by the other four members of the band.

Kramer kept his cool and said to one of the guards “You’re just doing your job,”

This is not exactly out of the blue.  Kramer had to stop performing back in April after hurting himself and said publicly that when he was healed up he needed to “audition” to prove he could still play.  He was “insulted” by this and filed a lawsuit that has since been thrown out.

When the band caught wind of his intention to show up to rehearsal, they hired some muscle to keep him out.  Obviously this isn’t over, so we’ll keep you posted..  In the meantime, Aerosmith will be performing during the Grammy awards this Sunday!
