    Come celebrate the change of the season and all the fun fall has to offer at a Trick-or-Treating on the Plaza event. More than 45 vendors will be handing out candy, toys and hosting games for children at Centennial Plaza, 2600 W. Taylorsville Blvd., in front of City Hall. Carpooling to the event is encouraged.
    We will also be collecting food for the Taylorsville Food Pantry so “bring some cans for candy.” In case of inclement weather, the event will be canceled.

  • LOGAN’S PUMPKIN WALK  
    Traditionally, “pumpkin walks” feature carved, glowing pumpkins. While we’ve got hundreds of those, what makes our Pumpkin Walk unique are dozens of displays and scenes crafted from painted pumpkins, gourds and other vegetables.
  • HAUNTED HALLOWEEN HAVEN  
    Our walk-through will be open from 7:00 to 9:30 pm Wednesday, October 27th through Saturday the 30th. Our outdoor projection show will be available for viewing every night from October 1st through October 31st.
  • THANKSGIVING POINT DIA DE LOS MUERTOS  
    Join us for the Latin American holiday Dia de los Muertos at Thanksgiving Point! Legend has it that on Dia de los Muertos, the dead join us as a part of our community, awakened from their eternal sleep to share celebrations with loved ones. Members of the community are invited to build an altar (or ofrenda) inviting a loved one to enjoy the fragrance of marigolds and delicious pan de Muerto (bread of the dead).
  • DAY OF THE DEAD CELEBRATION  
    West Valley Arts presents Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead). The event features traditional Mexican dance & musical performances, traditional food, a beer garden, and a variety of complimentary hands-on activities for the whole family. Plus a chance to win prizes in our Catrina/Catrin dress-up contest!
  • HALLWEEN ON THE HIGH SEAS  
    Arrgghh! Embark on an adventure for lost treasure at the Aquarium’s new Halloween on the High Seas event! During this new nighttime event, you’ll come across all sorts of unique and fascinating characters, including pirates, mermaids, creatures from the deep and more… some that appear right before your very eyes. Get your wits about you, lads and lassies, because you’ll be needin’ all the courage you can muster!
