Jon Carter   |   jon@1035thearrow.com

MON to FRI   – at –   5:30AM to 9:00AM

Jon’s been waking up Utah for 100 years! He’s currently celebrating his centennial! He started at KRSP-FM (Rock 103), in 1980, moved to Z-93 in 1989, he even played country music on K-Bull for a few months, (got tired of playing songs like “She Got The Ring, and I Got The Finger”).
Jumpin’ JC wound-up at Utah’s Classic, 103.5, The Arrow in 1996, and we can’t get rid of him! Although born in Elko, Nevada, raised from a pup in Ketchum-Hailey, Idaho, he’s a local boy through and through. Jon’s hobbies include fishin’, huntin’ campin’ and other outdoor activities that you can put an apostrophe on. He drives to the Arrow every morning from Sandy, Utah, where he lives with his hot wife Cidny, and 3 kids, Quinton, Carson, and Eden. Jon has 3 other great kids too, Stephanie, Erik, and Jonathen! Jon’s most cherished professional possession is the plaque that Arrowheads made for him a number of years ago. It reads ” To Jumpin’ JC, for 25 years of waking up The Wasatch Front. Your 7 listeners!” Jon’s advise for life? Please Rock responsibly!

Gary “G Man” Michaels   |   gary@1035thearrow.com

MON to FRI   – at –   5PM to 10PM

Hi Gary Michaels here, with a few things about myself, I am from Utah and grew up in a radio family so I guess you could say I have been in radio my whole life. When I am not working I am at home with my awesome family!! I have 5 kids. There is never a dull moment at my house. Thank goodness for my great wife Kristine. She is the best. She’s a full time nurse as well. I really love to cook and I love watching the food network & the cooking channel. There is something relaxing about watching other people cook. Grilling is one of my favorite ways to cook especially on my Traeger grill.
Some fun things I like to do are play golf, hockey, snow and water ski, camping, fishing & boating. I am a big fan of buying local. It helps support our local economy.

Frank Bell

MORNINGS

From Chicago, Frank came to Utah to attend the U of U. in the 80’s. He grew up listening to Classic Rock on the radio and playing along to it on his bass and guitar. While attending the U, he played in an acoustic duo that frequently played The Pie and Geppettos. Frank recalls “we loved playing, even though no one was watching, we would play Top 40 songs for 2 to 3 hours just for free pizza and a little gas money to get to the ski resorts and we loved it!”.
While at the U. he discovered his love for radio while working PT at a local Rock Station which led to many doors opening. Since then he has become a 13 time Utah Broadcast Award Winner, and his voice has graced many formats and radio stations in Utah and the Western US, including Denver CO., Austin TX., Albuquerque N.M. Idaho Falls, St. George and Salt Lake City. Frank’s an avid Chicago Cub Fan and Ute Fan and met his with while attending school at the U. They have 2 sets of twins (5th and 7th graders) that keep them busy, and a goldfish named “Swimmer”. When he’s not busy with his family or at at Utes Game, Frank loves to ski, golf, and play hardball in the spring league in Kearns. Frank’s loving’ being back on 103.5 The Arrow again, being among good friends, and the best listeners in the world “Arrowheads”! Catch Frank filling in for various Arrow personalities on 103.5 The Arrow!
