Amazon Prime Video’s much-anticipated “The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power,” is based on The Silmarillion. In theaters is “Gigi and Nate,” a movie based on a true story about a teenager whose service animal capuchin monkey helps him and his family to heal after he is paralyzed by disease. Netflix has “Me Time,” with Mark Wahlberg & Kevin Hart. Paramount Plus has the animated Star Trek comedy premiere of Season Three of “Lower Decks.” And most exciting, most theaters have tickets this Saturday for $3 a person as part of National Cinema Day! You can even see Jaws on Imax. What weekend?!
