Legends — King Arthur and his modern contemporaries

What do Superman, Spider-Man and Batman have to do with King Arthur? They’re all examples of stories that have become legen–(wait for it)–dary! 

That’s what Andy Farnsworth and guest host (and award-winning writer) Aaron Zundel come to realize as they talk about the movie KING ARTHUR: LEGEND OF THE SWORD starring Charlie Hunnam and Jude Law.  This interpretation of the Arthurian legend by director Guy Ritchie makes them ask: How “faithful” to the original story does a retelling need to be? 

Is the Batman who kills in BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE a travesty to the character?  Or, as Andy argues, is it an acceptable adaptation based on the world Zack Snyder created in the DCEU?
