Ann Wilson and Jack Bruce are paying tribute to the Beatles in an upcoming all-star covers album. Cream bassist Bruce-who died in October 2014 at age 71-covers the Liverpool band’s classic “Eleanor Rigby,” while Wilson covers “Across the Universe” for the album “Keep Calm and Salute the Beatles,” which will be released on April 28. The compilation, which was produced by Billy Sherwood (formerly of Yes), features 17 tracks including covers of “Something” (by Sherwood), “You’ve Got To Hide Your Love Away” (by Todd Rundgren), “All You Need Is Love” (by Helen Reddy), “I’ll Follow The Sun” (by Judy Collins), “Hey Jude” (by Leo Sayer), and “Norwegian Wood” (by the late Andrew Gold).
