Bruce Springsteen has shared a list of his top five favorite songs from throughout his career. He stopped by The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to promote his new biography Born To Run and was seemingly put on the spot with the question. “That’s a tough one.” He continued: “I got to put ‘Born to Run’ up there. I guess for me, ‘The Rising’ is a big song. What do we play every night? We play ‘Thunder Road’ really regularly. ‘Nebraska’ was a good one.” He added “Jungle Land” and “Racing in the Street” to which Stephen Colbert joked, “These are everybody’s top five, by the way.” He also commented on his legendarily long sets. “The band doesn’t complain until around three hours and 40 minutes,” he said. “It’s that last 20 minutes that for some reason even makes the E Street Band [angry] . . . slightly, someone may mention it to me. Why they go that long? I’m not exactly sure. I’ve been doing it for a long time.” Copyright(c) 2016 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
