Rock legend Neil Young announced that he will release a new album on December 2. The album, titled Peace Trail will be his thirty-eighth as a solo artist. Young released the first new song off of the album, “Indian Givers,” back in September. The new album will feature 10 songs in total, the bulk of which are acoustic. Young is joined on the album by Jim Keltner on drums and by Paul Bushnell on bass. According to a press release that announced the new album, “Each song is rich with Young’s typically inviting lyrical expression of his inimitable impassioned and heartfelt life-long humanitarian concerns which remain as topical and timely as ever.” Neil Young’s previous studio effort was the live album Earth, which was released in June 2016.
