Billy Joel has added onto his lavish Florida compound. The rock icon has purchased a $3.6 million ranch in the town of Wellington, Florida which boasts a horse farm. The property is adjacent to a property already owned by Joel and his wife, who is a competitive equestrian. The new addition brings a 12-stall barn with grooming quarters, a tack room, and five paddocks to the already expansive property owned by Joel. Joel recently announced his 100th career concert at Madison Square Garden. The singer is the only artist in history to have an extended residency at MSG and the show is scheduled for July 18, 2018. It will be his 54th consecutive concert at the venue. It comes as part of his Spectrum Concert Series, which began in January of 2014, with one show per month at the Garden.
