Keith Richards Stabbed A Table To Get Rid Of Trump

Keith Richards once pulled out a knife in an effort to keep Donald Trump off of the promotion of an Atlantic City concert back in 1989, according to show promoter Michael Cohl. Cohl says that in the lead up to an Atlantic City stop on the band’s Steel Wheels tour, Trump became involved despite the Stones’ objections, who were assured that he wouldn’t attend the show. Trump eventually held a press conference that continued even after Cohl made him promise to stop. Richards also told the BBC that he was already upset because the show was promoted as “Donald Trump Presents the Rolling Stones” with Trump’s name bigger than the band’s. “I got out my trusty blade, stuck it in the table and said, ‘You have to get rid of this man,'” he recalled, “Now America has to get rid of him. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!” Copyright(c) 2018 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
