Jon Smith

Monday – Friday   6AM – 11AM
Jon Smith is a born and raised Utah native! Growing up in Taylorsville, and starting his radio career in 1996 with 107.5 “the end.” Jon has over 2 decades on the air in the Beehive State, having also worked with KBER 101, KJQ, and X96. While working in St. George, Jon was voted “Favorite Radio Personality” 6 years in a row and was given the Key To The City by the mayor. From 2008-2012 Jon was a “Combat Correspondent” with the US Army, and Utah Army National Guard, and his military contributions won him awards from the Army, Air Force, The American Red Cross, and he was even invited to meet President Barack Obama.

In December of 2018, Jon brought his more than two decades of on-air experience to Utah’s Classic, 103.5 The Arrow where he continues to share his love of music. Jon lives in Tooele County where he serves as a Volunteer Firefighter. He also enjoys spending time with his extremely patient wife, Sharon, watching cartoons with their 4-year-old daughter, and their dog, Chewie.

Sam Blake

Monday – Friday   6AM – 11AM
Part of the Smith and Sam morning show, “Gen Z” Sam is the youngest DJ on KRSP in over a decade! Sam grew up in Utah listening to the ARROW with her Dad and has been in love with classic rock ever since. When she isn’t busy babysitting our morning DJ, Jon Smith, she is a nurse and avid dog mom. Not only is she a nurse but also founder of the SLC Pat Benatar fan club. She enjoys hiking, jamming out at concerts and traveling with her girlfriends. As ABBA says, she is “the dancing queen, young and sweet only seventeen“ – well 25, but that’s basically the same thing.

Sue Kelley

Monday – Friday   11AM – 3PM
Sue Kelley’s name is synonymous with Utah radio and brings over 25 years of music passion to KRSP. In fact, the Arrows’ rock and roll heritage runs through her veins as she was with the Arrow from its inception on Valentine’s Day 1993. When she is not listening to, reading about, or searching for music on vinyl, she is hitting live shows, snowboarding and spending time with her husband and daughter.

Steve-O

Monday – Friday   7PM – 11PM
I’m home-grown right here in the land of Zion-Salt Lake City, born on Friday the 13th! I’ve been in this crazy radio business since the beginning of time! I started out sweeping floors and emptying the trash here at KRSP AM/FM in 1967. One night, when I was 14, I decided to jump on the air and read the news. It didn’t go well when the boss heard me. But hey, I’m still here playin’ the Classic Rock on 103.5 The Arrow!

I still like to spin vinyl albums on my home turntable by some of my favorites, including The Beatles, Boston, Eagles, Pink Floyd, Journey, Led Zeppelin and The Beach Boys. I still have “Meet the Beatles” album that my Mom bought me at Albertson’s in 1964. Price: $3.99. Meeting Paul McCartney and Brian Wilson are on my bucket list.

Since I’m a car guy, I’ll watch most anything on the Motor Trend Channel.

Some of my favorite movies include American Sniper, Lone Survivor, Caddyshack, Christmas Vacation, Top Gun, Sandlot and Field of Dreams-because I’m a baseball fan too. Go St. Louis Cardinals Baseball! My other favorite sport is college football! Go Utes, Cougars, Aggies and Wildcats!

Bo

Bo found his way to Utah on a runaway Mardi Gras float straight out of New Orleans. He spent most of his radio career in the deep south broadcasting all along the Gulf Coast. Bo fell in love with Utah while taking long distance motorcycling trips starting back in 1999. With so many great mountain roads available he finally decided to move here in 2017 to be able to enjoy them year-round!

Bo lucked into radio in 1981 when he took a shift at his college campus radio station. “I was terrible but I knew this is what I wanted to do – I was hooked.” He enthusiastically adds, “I love working for the best radio and TV company on the planet.” So, next time you find yourself passing through the little Swiss town of Midway, Utah be on the lookout for a guy with bugs in his teeth from smiling so much while riding his motorcycles.

Blair Carter

A self-proclaimed radio geek! Blair says radio started out being a release for his class clown antics from his younger days.
He started his career in Virginia and he worked up and down the East Coast before deciding to relocate to Denver in 1999. He ended up in Salt Lake City back in 2001. Blair also does voice over work and has been heard on numerous commercials and promo’s running coast to coast. In his spare time Blair loves to ski, camp, hike, cook and work out. He currently lives in Murray with his 3 cats Basil, Tom and Lepew.
