KISS have added a new round of North American dates to their farewell “End of the Road” tour. The second leg of the farewell trek will kick off on August 6 in Sunrise, Florida and conclude on September 16 in Oakland, California. Tickets go on sale to the general public starting Monday, December 3 at 10 a.m. local time. The band’s first leg of “End of the Road” tour kicks off on January 31 in Vancouver, British Columbia and will make stops in 40 arenas in the U.S. and Canada before it concludes on April 13 in Birmingham, Alabama. The “End of the Road” tour will include band members Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Tommy Thayer and Eric Singer. The “End of the Road” tour will be a multi-year trek which will last until at least 2020. “All that we have built and all that we have conquered over the past four decades could never have happened without the millions of people worldwide who’ve filled clubs, arenas and stadiums over those years,” the band had said in a statement announcing the tour. “This will be the ultimate celebration for those who’ve seen us and a last chance for those who haven’t. KISS Army, we’re saying goodbye on our final tour with our biggest show yet and we’ll go out the same way we came in.
