1. City Creek Center

From November 3oth until the 31st of December, the Hogle Zoo goes nocturnal with their ZooLights.  This yearly light display is fun for the whole family, plus you get to see some amazing animals in literally a completely different light.

For more than 70 years the Santa Shack in Sugar House has been a staple for children and adults alike.  The wait can be long though so dress warm, but it’s worth it for the kiddos. Once you’re inside the Santa Shack Santa is great about giving each child, adult or even pet plenty of time to tell them what they want for Christmas and snap a picture.

5. Temple Square

Temple Square’s Christmas Lights display is a can’t miss destination every holiday season in Salt Lake City. But did you know Temple Square turns it’s famous lights on in the morning before dawn too? Temple Square turns their lights on in the morning from 6:00 am to 7:30 am and in the evening from 5:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
