Alice Cooper takes on Seger’s “East Side Story” for is upcoming EP Breadcrumbs

Seger’s original version dropped in 1966, and was his first single with the Last Heard and was a hint of his future solo career.

Coopers motivation was pretty simple. “I had never heard that song on the radio,” he told Billboard magazine recently in an interview.  Adding that it’s a classic “Detroit rock song”

Breadcrumbs will be out on Sept. 13
