Rare photos of Metallica revealed by photographer

No one gets the inside view like a band’s photographer. They practically create their own band memorabilia.

Ross Halfin is one of these who see what no one else can.

And on his Instagram page he is sharing some rarely and never-before-seen pictures.

It looks like Metallica is goofing around in one picture.

Halfin added the caption, “Metallica a little while ago….and why not ?”

His Instagram page also features an old photo of The Black Crowes, or if you want, the Brothers Grimm.

The Black Crowes are back or the ‘Brothers Grimm’ depending on your point of view. I’d have loved to see the original band doing this but ‘politics’ seem to stop everything. Still I hope they are great and I’d like to see them. This was in London Battersea – we would always go and do photos around London. I miss doing this with them in the day they were great to be with and photograph .
