Dave Grohl is cool with not being cool

Dave Grohl knows the Foo Fighters aren’t cool. He is completely fine with this.

“We’re not cool,” says Grohl.

On the “Good For You” podcast with Whitney Cummings, Grohl says that the Foo Fighters is happy doing its own thing.

“I think that the reason why we’re still here is because we do kind of disconnect ourselves from the popular stuff that’s going on,” Grohl adds.

Grohl says that all the bands wants is to play music.
